About Us:The St. Cloud Builders Exchange is an association of over 270 general and independent contractors formed to facilitate the distribution of project information to its member businesses. Projects placed on file for bid purposes are accessible only to Builders Exchange members, who pay annual dues. Current projects available for review at the Builders Exchange office, colocated with the St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce, at 110 6th Avenue South, St. Cloud, Minnesota. Members may browse the list of projects currently available for bid by securely logging in. The Builders Exchange is governed by a Board of Directors, which includes representatives from member businesses. Annual Dues: Members of the St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce: $125.00 Non-members of the St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce: $175.00 Non-recurring admission fee for new members: $35.00 Memberships are due by March 1. Mid-year memberships are available, and are subject to pro-rated dues. Please contact our office for more information.
